what I teach my clients on an individual basis - so here you are!!

Why would you do this course?
There are many reasons why we lose motivation in our lives. One minute we are zooming along with all the dreams in front of us then we find time has gone by and we havnt reached our potentional. For others there are certain projects or goals,
aspirations that we know we can achieve but we just cant seem to get going on it.

The motivation part is how to implement that into your own hypnotic trance state and how to activate it at the times that you want. Whether it is at specific times or with regards to certain areas of your life.

How is this structured into 1 day?
I teach this as two separate segments. The first is about self hypnosis and we practice it - the second is about recreation of motivation, utilising that motivation into the area we want, how to activate it and create a real burning desire and drive to completely give you that need and passion to succeed.

I will also teach you a rather secret technique which I developed initially for my own sport competing and passed onto other athletes and now business and personal clients. It is a visualisation technique which can be incorporated into your own hypnotic suggestion pattern.

It doesnt matter what you want this for. It could be personal goals, business goals, sports and competing focus and drive, creating a sudden motivated feeling and mindset at certain times when you need it. You can use this for anything you want.

What if have something special I want to improve?
Also, when you book your place I ask you to fill in a form specifying what you would like to use this for, so that I can make sure each person takes away exactly what they need. There is nothing worse than attending a course and feeling they hadn't been properly catered for and I promise personal attention.
  Classes are kept to a maximum of 10 people and if it looks like a "demanding"
  group then I limit it to 8!

  Costs, well for 1 day of turning your life around it is £75. Please book a
  minimum of 3 weeks in advance as there is reading material before you
  attend and that is included in the price.
