Emma James Training Ltd is a training organisation committed to specific training and certification of NLP, hypnosis and Time Line Therapy TM. We have a completely unique and professional approach to the standards of NLP its certification. As an accredited institute of the ABNLP, ABH, TLTA and Mental Coaching Association we believe in providing the highest quality training available and also far in excess of certification standards ensuring that each student is the best in their field. There is ongoing training and development so we are always actively involved in the evolvement of our courses, therapy and sport performance work. We also have a "no sell" policy on our courses which means at no time will you recieve the hard sell pushing products or other courses. We believe that our quality of training speaks for itself and that is why so many people continue training with us. If you like what we do and get results - then you will stay with us. The director of Emma James Training Ltd is Emma James (amazingly!) who is a trainer of NLP, Hypnosis and Master TLT but also a Master Practitioner in all three therapies. Originally from Northern Ireland she has the drive and passion to constantly prove that NLP works, not only in her sport and coaching of others, but in therapy at her clinic and also in business application, taking people to levels they didnt think were possible. She proves each aspect of the 3 techniques every day as she uses them continuously not only with clients but also with herself. She is an experienced therapist specialising in eating disorders and addictions, a twice world champion, 13 times European and 17 times British Champion powerlifter and still competes for Great Britain and is currently a World Record Holder. She has worked with the Sports Councils in Northern Ireland and is continuing with the NSC in Nepal in preperation for the 2012 Olympics. Having previously been in sports therapy and also risk management and corporate assessment fields she had a wide variety of experience from medical to business. Then, about to return to University she came across NLP and found the results from personal use staggering. Now she is a successful and passionate trainer to give others the success she has attained. She was trained initially in the UK and then went on to train with Dr Tad James, the founder and director of the Governing Body, the ABNLP in Australia and leading figure in research and development in human behaviour. With ongoing training as a Master Trainer directly with Dr Tad James in the USA she is reaching the ultimate heights of qualifications in NLP, Hypnosis and Time Line Therapy by training with the best and producing results only a real World Champion can produce in her students. Also completing qualifications in Neurobiology, Emma is continuing the research into neurological connections between mental state and performance as well as psychological conditions which aids her continuing drive to produce not only excellent but passionate and prepared practitioners. She used her knowledge and training to not only coach and enable other athletes to exceed their expectations but also for herself and she once again broke World Records this year. This is why we say "train with those that prove it every day" as so many teach the theory but have never put in to practice themselves. How can you teach athletes to improve their performance using these techniques if you have never competed at international level yourself? How can you teach therapists the intricacies and complexities of treating clients if you dont do that on a regular basis and constantly research your work?
